English serves as a basis for learning the cultural and fine benefits gained from a live study of literature, dramatics, debating. Below is seen a caricature of Mr. T. Burns, faculty adviser of the Annual and dramatics coach. These duties keep Mr. Burns very busy and yet he finds time for making and keeping countless friends. ln the upper right, Miss McKinley is shown as she discusses the day's lesson with her pupils, and at the right, in the center, is a photograph of Mr. Burns as he pauses to examine annual pictures.
