District Board of Trustees In view of the dynamic growth of the entire Anaheim High School District and the magnitude of the problems constantly arising for the first time, the people directly responsible for the management of our school become more than ever important to us and to the area in which we live. The older Anaheim High School along with established Junior High Schools no longer make up the total units among which district money is distributed. Instead, Western has emerged as a strong, vital, new high school equal in size and achievement to the older school and is vigorously seeking its own place in the sun in its requirements for district funds. In addition, there will soon be more new schools each making its own challenge. The decisions which our Board must make are of such vital concern to us that we may well be in- formed ofthe members as individuals. To you--our District Board--we extend our appreciation of your interest in our affairs this year past, and invite you to consider that we at Western shall continue to strive to become one of the best schools in Southern California.
