Home- making utilizes science, mathematics, art, social science, and psychology in its most basic and fruitful form. The man- aging of the home is the greatest business in the world, and its success is based upon a rounded knowledge and skill in the managing and doing of things. The home economic faculty is ever conscious that making the home a happy and pleasant place to live is both a science and an art. Armed with their vast knowledge they create in a few short years a woman as sweet as parfait, but as substantial as a Yankee pot roast. The capable home economics department is charged with the responsibility of making tomorrow's homemakers able to assume their roles with dignity and ability.
