Student Council Unites Students, The student body is represented by the Student Council which strives for the betterment of the school by carrying out projects and programs which are up-building. The adminis- tration supports the student council and invites discussion which lead to a good relationship among students, faculty, and administration. OFFICE ASSISTANTS Each hour of each day the office assistants are busy at work. Sorting mail, writing excuses, running errands, typing and other odd jobs become not just another dull task, but a vital part in the heartbeat of Western. GUIDANCE ASSISTANTS The beginning of the school day finds Ray Charles Turner ready for any task he might perform as a guid- ance assistant. Kelly McMillan and Russell Wright also look forward to helping their school in this capacity. Janice Davis, June Massey, and Rick Owen round out their daily activities by sharing the work of the depart- ment.
