Easily Wins Conference Crown. Coach Forbis assists Kendell Overman with his putting. John Baxter tees off Golf is a growing sport at Western with more people going out for the team every year. Popularity is in- creasing because of the good record. Last year, the team finished number one. They participated in the State Playoffs and had the number one and two golfers in the conference. Dedication of time and work by both Coach Forbis and the golfers led to their success and respect as a great team.
