Mr. A. M. Primm Principal A.B. High Point College M.A. U.N.C., Chapel Hill Western High School enters its third year of operation under the capable guidance and lead- ership of its administrative head, Mr. A. M. Primm. He is to be found from early morning until late at night constantly striving to keep the high standards he and other officials, teachers, parents, and members of the student body have set for Western High. This year the school be- came a fully accredited member of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Mr. Primm is never too busy to take time to hear a student ' s problem, to talk to a parent, or to participate in a community activity. Western ' s Absent-minded Professors are briefed for the day as they assemble in the lobby of the administration building at eight o ' clock each morning with the purpose of leaving no absent-minded students during the day. It appears that an alert principal has discovered an error made by an absent-minded secretary and impresses upon her the importance of completing reports on time. 22
