Local School Committee Booster ' s Club Stadium Committee County Board of Education County Commissioners and all individuals and firms who contributed time and money to provide a more complete school for the Warriors we dedicate this third volume of the WE-HI-WA. Since work began on Warrior Stadium on January 16, 1964 a football field, baseball field and track have been completed, lights installed, a concession stand and ticket booth provided, and the area grassed and fenced with temporary bleachers available for both sides of the field. The WE-HI-WA staff and the student body of Western High Schoof pay tribute to Janet Ann Sparrow, a member of the class of 1966, who lost her life in an accident on August 8, 1964. Her life made an imprint on those who knew and loved her and her passing left a void in our midst. 17
