Students feel the council is both their agent of expression in the school and their connection with administration. In all areas of student activity, the council has full support of the administration. The Council provides good relationships between students, faculty, and administra- tion. Members of the Council must have a scholastic average of 85, and standards of conduct acceptable by the Faculty. 78
