Administrators Solve Space Problem With 45-15 The 1972-73 school year has been spent in study and planning for year-round school. Mr. Hal Helmer and Dr. Richard Hendra have put forth every effort to organize this revolutionary idea in education. Cooperating with Mr. Dave Collins, coordinator of the project, these administrators of Western School District have put in a tremendous amount of time and hard work in order to accomplish this difficult task. Next year they hope to see their plans made into reality. Frequently the school board was called on to solve many prob- lems, anything from the current space problem to irrate mothers. Although much of their time was taken up with the 45-15 project, a watchful eye was always trained on the students, keeping track of possible problems and needs. lf difficulties arose, a helping hand was offered in an attempt to solve the problems. Harmony and co- operation were the main goals of our administration. W-w d :mmm-ws. . . 1. Mr. Helmer discusses a plan of attack with school board members. 2.
