Bob DeBoe did the same in the shot put with a throw of 5O'1 . Three records in the running events fell in 1972-73. The Mile Relay Team, consisting of Keith Fritz, Drew Smith, Steve Wixson. and Dan Reinker, ran the circuit in 3:36. Dan Chapel, Bob Croad, Terry Darling and Brian Thompson comprising the 440 Relay Team broke another record with a timing of 46.8 seconds. A great individual performance in the 2 mile run, Jay Horton beat- ing another record with a time of 101073.
