E 1 BOWLI Bowlers strike ouT The boys' and girls' bowling Teams did very well This year. The boys varsity Team finished The year with The second highest record ever accomplished. The boys varsity finished The yearwith a record of fifly-seven and a half wins and six and a half losses. This victory, Sunrise Division Champions, enabled The boys to go to The southem divi- sion roll-off. Since There is no -northem division champions, whoever wins in The roll-off is considered To be The State Champions. The boys were defeated in The roll-off by Thirteen pins To Valley High School. The boys'junior varsity Team also did exceptionally well with a record of sixty- Three wins and one loss. The girls' varisty Team did well, too. The girls suffered an injury during The year, in which They lost Their anchor bowler. Even Though They lost a player, They managed To take second in The Sunrise Division, with a record of forty- seven wins and seventeen losses. The junior varsity girls had a lot of hard Times This year. The girls' major problem was There were never enough girls To make up a complete Team. The girls' junior varsity did considerably well even Though They never had a full Team. They finished The year with a record of Twenty-seven wins and Thirly-seven losses. 1. A look of relief can sometimes be seen after making a spare, as Patty McGuckin shows. 2. Danny Thompson shows his style while bowling. 3. The members of The girls' bowling team are Dione Rosauer, Luanne Romans, Kim Lobaugh. Venus Carter, Patty McGuckin, Suzanne Wojcik, Terry Yager, Stacy Madden, Christine McGuckin, and Mr. Dawson. coach. 4. Seriousness and concentration is a major part of Throwing a good ball, as shown on Stacy Madden's face. 5. Cheering and watching fellow bowlers is as important as bowling as shown by Danny Thompson, Jeff Hadlan, Patty McC-Suckin, and Kim Lobaugh. 6. Concentration is The first step for Terry Yager. 7. The members of The boys' bowling Team are Mike Mlymer, Doug Hebert, Henry Medina, Dennis Gradillas, Jeff Hadlan, Danny Thompson, John Edens, Mike Gayle, Chris Burnes, Dave Kruleski. Gary Arnold, Danny Nadeau, Tom Nadeau, and Mr. Dawson, coach. 8. Gary Amold's style is unique and got him many fine games. 9. Bowling is always work, but there is fun sometimes. 10.
