Students express communit pride giving blood Western High is the first school in Nevada to have a Blood Drive. Opposite Page, Top, JoAnn Culverhouse waits patiently to make sure that she is physically acceptable to give blood. Bottom, Scott Kelven looks around in amazement at the loss of his blood. Mr. Rosch is very pleased at being the only administrator who was able to qualify to give blood. This Page, Top, Sherri Bentley closes her eyes to keep from seeing what is about to happen. Middle, Mr. Miller shows that he was willing to give blood, but was not considered safe. Patsy Reese waits patiently for the actual giving of her blood.
