OPPOSITE PA GE, Debi Henry, Mark Wil- liams, and Paula Clark team to form a swinging group, Denise Blair gets help with her costume before a performance. Ken Johnson and Pat Cooke present their new sound to the audience. Jubilation shows off the results of their hours of choreography. Mr. Garoufes, director, helps make the last few connections before a dress rehearsal. Denise Blair and Cliff Lund blend their voices to provide a good background sound. J

The 1973 Sweetheart Ball was held at the Hilton Hotel on February 10. ln an effort to improve attendance the Sophomore Class changed the dance to an informal dance. The theme was a W,C. Fields quote, My Smoldering Flame, You Incin- eratc Me. OPPOSITE PA GE, Tasey Hardin and David Ramos reigned over the 1973 Sweet- heart Ball, THIS PAGE, TOP, Second attendants were Sachi Ushijima and Dave Murley. The changing of the dance to informal created confusion in wearing ap- parel. First attendants were Karen Parker and Phil Riccobuono. Mark Williams and his partner dance to the music of the Band of Gypsies. Returning king Phil Ramos gives new queen, Tasey Hardin a congratulatory kiss. anon 257
