Art Guild members are ROW ONE, Denise Burgess, Lisa Carrigan, Davy Jacobs, Sydney Cross, ROW TWO, Phil Atteberry, Bob Robinson, Debbie Burney, Kim Nolan, Diane Simco, Jeri Johnson, and Steve Ras- mussen. Some people who obviously aren't with it, don't know what Cabbage Day is. lt's very simpleg it's the celebration ofthe Cabbage. With this celebration the Art Guild has a party and an election of a new Cabbage King or Cab- bage Head as they say in Art Guild. This year in a rigged election Mr. Miller won! He was treated like a king. We gave him pumpkin ice cream, leaves of cabbage, and punch. We arrayed him in the formal attire ofthe cabbage. OPPOSITE PA GE, TOP, This picture epitomizes the dream of every Cabbage King, The face of the cabbage is that of the reigning Cabbage King, Bruce Miller, BOTTOM, Cathy Galligher gazes upon the king as he sits on his throne. THIS PA GE, TOP, Kim Nolan, former Cabbage Head, looks down the list of nominations for his throne. Mr. Miller smiles as he is about to put on the honorary Cabbage Head mustache. CENTER, Miss Slade happily receives a radish necklace, and a cabbage cake from alumni who came back to help celebrate the election, Kim Nolan helps Mr. Miller with his cape and wreath.
