B0 FIRE AND FLOAT lndividual class bonfires stand as fated fire starts on Junior pile. JH Spirited students rebuild pile. Competition was put aside by the classes and all arose with unlimited vigor to rebuild a new Bonfire. Never in the history ofthe school was such enthusiasm and spirit shown. As a result Western had the best bonfire that ever could be had. Its bright and glowing flames could be seen for miles and told Las Vegas Western truly is a fine school. Completed Bonfire Western High Schools i964 Homecoming Bonfire will always be remembered. Each class worked for weeks gathering wood to make their bonfire the best. These wood piles however were never completed be- cause ofa fire mysteriously set that burned all three of Them down, i Victory Bonfire Blazes Brightly
