Chemistzy Club Paul Gill President George Kincer Student Council Representative The Chemistry Club started its first year with a boom. The club hosted the annual science fair and selected representatives for the regional and divisional fair. Engineers and scientists, as guest speakers, have delivered speeches at club meetings. The club has also taken field trips to see how chemistry is applied in industry. The Chemistry Club has been a credit to Western High School this year. Noel CoWard's Blithe Spiritv re- vealed the capability of these novice ac- tors. Striving for better relationships among schools, the Thespians partici- pated in an exchange play program with Virgin Valley High School. Through this program, Virgin Valley presented the first play of the year, Night Must Fall , by Emlyn Williams. Acting on the stage, or acting in their roles as students, these club members complemented their abil- ity and their school. They prepared them- selves for even a greater role-the role of success in future life.
