And now Egor, for the secret substance. Frogs, beetles, snakes, granite, titra- tion, sonic waves, birds and bees are some of the subjects considered in the science program atWestern High School. These are some of the traditional subjects in the curriculum. However, a rather untradi- tional member has been added to the sci- ence department this year. No, not one of the teachersg it is the famous snake found in the eighth grade science class . The snake, named Charlotte, jennifer, Sampson, or something like that, is a Boa constrictor. Advanced chemistry has been added to the science courses offered. This class helps to prepare the students for college science. Experimentation and analysis are two ofthe objectives in advanced chemistry. These and other phases create a well bal- anced science program with the traditional and the untraditional . -The Math department is a major part of the curriculum here at Western. Adequate classroom facilities provide stu- dents With an atmosphere of learning and concentration which is necessary for the compre- hension of most mathematical courses. Many classes are offered in mathematics ranging from basic General Math to Analitic Geom- etry, a much more challenging course for the more advanced student. Mathematics is also very important on the Jr. High level Where the students are taught the concepts of modern math and the fundamental prin- ciples of general math. Mathematics is often confus- ing, but very beneficial to the student who studies hard and strives for constant improve- ment. Security is a pillow, a thumb, and the right theorem. I don't get it. Now, L1:L3...no ...L1:L4 . . . no. ..AAXC IABXA?
