The resigning Supefimendeni WHS David Katherine Scrumgard On December thirty-first, after David Fultz resigned his position as superintendent of the Bay City Public Schools, Raymond Duch became our new Superintendent. Raymond Duch proves to be very enthusiastic about making new adjustments in our school system and has already begun to do so. This year's president was again Susie Pederson and new members elected to the board were, Eldon Claymond, Alex Murray, and George Freel. Assistant Principal, Mr. Langenburg, has a warm smile for everyone. As the result of the milage defeat this year the administrators were faced with many problems from conflicts in scheduling to finding educational entertainment for the students. Although the year started out with a few frowning faces, one new face added to our administration this year was the smiling face of our new assistant principal, Mr. Bloenk, previously a teacher at Handy. Even with all of the unusual problems the administration faced this year, they all worked together to make this year a prosperous year. 67
