Gail Klepscr puts a move on a defender. With the millage defeat in Bay City this year, sports, a main item for many students, were eliminated. Luckily for some of them city sponsored leagues were available for them to participate in. Many sports were taken up by students, ranging from softball to boxing. It was a very sad picture over all for many students, who, because ofjobs or lack of transportation, couldn't participate as they could have if school sports had been maintained. Hopefully, students ofthe future will not be hindered by the atrocities we have had to suffer. 4
