Mrs. Tressie Clary Teacher of the Year Mrs. Tressie Clary, Council Elementary Fourth Grade teacher, was chosen Teacher of the Year for Oklahoma county as a candidate for State Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Clary has worked with teenage groups of her communi- ty for over sixteen years. She has served on many committees, worked with the American Cancer Society, National Science conference, Oklahoma Educational Association, and many other organizations, as well as being a successful teacher for many years. .
