C.0.0. May l take a message? The Cooperative Office Occupations class was composed of senior girls who attended school in the morning and worked in an office training job in the business community in the afternoon. C.0.0. pro- vided students with a realistic application of skills and knowledge learned in their classes in Business Educa- tion. Some of the jobs held by students were those of typist, file clerk, bookkeeper, secretarial assistant, 1 l and billing clerk. Activities of the class included preparing bulletin boards and a window display on Business Education each school month, entertaining their parents with an Orientation dinner, presenting an assembly program on C.0.0., thanking their bosses with an Employer- Employee banquet, and field trips to business firms to observe the most recent business techniques. 1 L to R: D. Sul' G-Club The G-Club of Western Guilford High School is made up of male athletes who have lettered in a varsity sport-football, basketball, track, wrestling, or golf. The main purpose of the G-Club is to promote good sportsmanship in all activities and to encourage student participation in athletics. One of the main projects of the G-Club is its annual presentation of Coach Robinson collects calendars the G-jackets to its senior members who have lettered since their sophomore year. Through the capable leadership of Mr. Robinson and Mr. Jones and officers Lee Paige, President, Paul Blust, Vice-President, and Mike Koontz, Secretary- Treasurer, the G-Club has once again had a successful year.
