In the playoff, Western met the Saints at Mewata where they took a 29-0 beating by a more experienced squad. The Western team lacked experience and weight, but they possessed plenty of nerve and speed. JUNIOR RUGBY By Henry Perry The Juniors broke even on the number of games won and lost, winning two and losing two. The first game was the best, when Western defeated St. Mary ' s 1-0 in a hard fought game, K. Richardson scoring the only point on a well placed kick. In the second game Western took a 5-1 set back from C.C.I. Then Western defeated Crescents to gain a place in the playoffs.
