:.5, R X A dear sister who attended Western last year graduated early this fall to live in the presence of our Lord and learn at His feet. Though she now lives in God's presence she also lives in our lives through the affect she had on us. Ruth Wilson never felt physically up to par while she was going to school, but even though she had a rough cough and her diet was very restricted, yet I never once heard her complain. One evening I overheard Ruth ask one question that I've never forgotten. As the rest of us students were going through the chow line and were responding as usual with our incessant grumbling, Ruth was standing in the back of the kitchen, and with tears in her eyes she asked, How could they ever complain that they're able to eat that kind of food? I know the angels are rejoicing to have Ruth with them now, but I also know we rejoice that she was with us this last year to teach us many lessons we probably would not have learned any other way.
