9012 G urvillc I have found my years here at Western to be very prof- itable in many ways. One way has been the continuing pro- cess of the Lord deepening my trust in Him, especially in small areas. I feel that it's easier to trust in the Lord for the big areas rather than for the small. Discouragements are easier to turn over to Him now than two years ago. The teaching ministry of the faculty has also helped my growth. I am appreciative of their diligence and effort in investing their lives in me. dwarf Ga rlfo When I came to Western I thought I knew just about everything about the Bible that could be known. QI am a pas- tor's son and a possessor of the ego that generally is associated with P.K.sj. I soon was set straightg by mid-term I had more F's than the word flesff. By the end of the first year I had man- aged to pull a D+ average, and I was given one semester to bring the grades up or get out. By God's grace I've gotten by well since. During my junior year while studying Hebrews, I real- ized that Iwas lost. During second semester fMarch 19, 19731 I received Christ as my personal Savior. This was the highlight of my years at Wes- tern. My wife and I plan to serve the Lord as missionaries to England after I graduate. We are thankful for our years at Western and for the friends God has blessed us with since We came. 7

Join Sanz I enrolled at Western Bible Institute in the fall of 1969. I am now looking forward to graduating in the spring of 1974. I give praise and thanks to God for the mercy and grace which he has so abundantly lavished these past five years. This life in Jesus Christ has only begun! For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. Psa. 94:11
