im f riiur I am one of the senoirs who has been privileged to spend nine or more semesters at W.B.,I. Having spent time at four different institutions of higher education, I would have to admit that academically Western is tougher than any of the other three. As such the drop-out rate is not surprising, though nonetheless it is disturbing. I would encourage all attending W.B.I. to stick to it simply because the more one ap- propriates of what is available here, the better tool he will be for God to use. 13-4 ,W t P
