CLASS OFFICERS As our senior years comes to a close, we are rapidly approaching the end of one, and the beginning of another — much more significant — phase of our lives. During the past twelve years, aided by the guidance and inspiration provided by our parents, teachers, and friends, we have been able to manage our lives successfully. We are sincerely grateful to each of them for their generous assistance. However, as we leave Westerly High School, we should realize that we now must stand on our own two feet in facing the problems ahead. More so than ever before, we are compelled to search deep within ourselves to find the answers to the problems that will confront us later in our existence. We must be confident in deciding what roads in life are most suitable for us. As John Donne once said, No man is an island”; no man stands completely alone; yet, as we grow older, it is imperative that we stand poised and assured while resolving the complexities of the future. I therefore wish the entire Class of 1972 the best of luck in whatever you may endeavor in the coming years. Donald Michael Murano Class President, 1972 Left to Right. Thomas Turco, Treasurer; Michelle Ravenelle, Social Chairman; Donald Murano, President; Michael Spezzano, Vice President; Isobel Vargas, Secretary.
