June, 1963 CLASS OF 1963: You young men and women who are about to graduate from high school are destined to live in the greatest age in all history. Things are changing at such a fast-moving pace that I believe it is quite proper to say that you have one foot in a world that is going and one foot in a world that is coming. When you consider the vastness and complexity of world problems in this rapidly changing world you will ask yourself: What contributions can I make to the solutions of these problems?” The answer will not be easy, but you will be surprised at what you can do if you make up your mind to do something rather than sit back and refuse to accept responsibility.
