Dirk’s outstanding personality and leadership have enabled him to win the admiration of the students who unwillingly obey the rules that he and the Student Council enforce. He has held successfully the difficult office of president of this organization. Dick’s car is the marvel of the school, for this popular boy has a different girl riding in it almost every night.
