I J 1 Sophomores show good record. 5-4 With many Sophomores on J.V., the Sophomore team was low on manpower but high in ability. They surprised many by ending up with a winning season of 5-4. Captains Mike Wells, Paul Adamo, Sheldon Graham, and Bill Harvey were the outstanding players. The team was coached by Roger Anderson and Ben Trcalek. J.V. takes District title Led by Matt Pace and Bobby McConnell, captains, the Junior Varsity ran oft with the District title and just overall did a spectacular job, in the words of Coach Roger Anderson. A season record of 6-2, combined with a close race against Spring Woods, won District for a team that just last year had a 3-7 record. Top: Memorial proved to be a tough rival but the Wildcat J.V. came through to win district.
