Chess Club Competes In Invitational Tournaments Members of the Chess Club help each other to improve their skills and to learn the fine points of the game. As a result of intense practice, the club won trophies at several invitational tournaments. They also held two of their own tournaments in the fall and the spring. Montmartre Presents French Film For those interested in the language and history of France, Montmartre, the French Club, provided plenty of interesting material, including the showing of a film from France in the Spring.
