student body government ln the above picture, graduate Nancy La Boun- ty, The fall Student Body President, is shown handing the gavel of the office to Mike Pollock, who has served the school in the same capacity this past semester. These two Presidents served to the best of their abilities, as shown inthe count- less ways that Westchester has improved. Terry Paige occupied the office of Student Body Vice-President for the entire year. Included in his fine year's work were' being Senate President, participating on the Executive Board, the Service and Scholarship Board, and the Sports Night Com- mittee. Student Body Government has always been a major part of Westchester. The size and complexities have increased but the pioneer spirit remains. The Sports Night Committee plans and carries through the sports nigh activi- ties and advertisement, making each one more interesting than the last. From left to right are: T. Paige, D. Rach- low, T. Thrasher. Paper Drives don't just happen, a great deal of thought goes into them beforehand. This iob belongs to the Paper Drive Commit- tee. Left to right are: B. Lyon, S. Champlin, T. Thrasher, B. One of the big iobs of the year for the Student Personnel Board is the registration and voting pro- cedures. Its other function is acting as the highest court in the iudicial branch of Student Government. Seated are: R. McKee, J. Kistler, T. Thrasher, M. Malone, J. Hale. Sponsored by Mr. Junke, the Service and Scholarship board is mainly interested in the students and school in general. The problems of all and ot isolated cases are brought before this judicial board.
