KING AND QUEEN DANCE living up to expectations All the honored ones — it was a tough decision. Richard Gioia and Michelle Hunter take their traditional dance together, as King and Queen of the Class of '72. Oh, don't take a picture of me now. My date's watching. Following tradition at Westbury High, the senior class sponsored the annual King and Queen Dance. The purpose of this function is to honor those seniors who have contributed to the class; each in their own special way. Friendliest, Gary Franklin — Mr. Congeniality, himself.

PEOPLE TO PEOPLE DAY — a day for outside learning. I like you better that my girlfriend.'' It s a well equipped school. There are always plenty of comfortable chairs around. This is more exciting that: ir, ver, venir, comer An experiment was conducted in May, 1971, for the benefit of the entire school. Teachers as well as stu- dents participated in a free school day. Open sessions were held in various fields of interest, and were led by faculty members and students. Stamp collecting, bridge lessons, karate, and history of rock music were only a few of the programs offered that day. 30 For all the times he flunked me, I have to beat Mr. Marano at something!
