South Pacific Nellie Forbush (Wendy Levenberg) laments over her romantic life. It is strange how we forget what effort goes in to the production of a play. The bright lights, the glamorous costumes, and the perfect makeup must all be taken care of by someone. Well, South Pacific was a perfect example of the cooperation and enthusiasm that students develop while working on a school play. There were many more stars in the play than we, the viewers, realized. Equaling the excellent performances of Michael Williams and Wendy Levenberg was the work of the stage crew, the makeup committee, and the costume committee. A special thanks to all faculty advisors. It was truly a show that Westbury could be proud of. Bloody Mary (Charlene Wincoop) sings of Bali Hai and its beauty.
