And they didn 't go for hamburgers, either! It is assumed that they spoke Span- ish and had Rolaids for dessert. The major project of the 1976-77 Interact Club was the painting of the cafeteria, a feat which was accomplished only after a squabble with student bureaucrats over the colors. The group served the people of nursing homes in projects early in the year, and the members worked as volunteers at the National School Board Convention later in the year.
