DARELD DEUTSCHMAN has been interested in public speak- ing and other speech activi- ties. He was in speech club three years. JAMES DIBBLE will long be thought of as our outstand- ing athlete. He was co-cap- tain of the football team and was very active in base- ball, basketball, and track as well. Jim was in boys' and mixed chorus and a vocal ensemble. He was a class officer two years,in F.F.A., and on the WILDCAT Staff two years. ARLO GERTNER was a faith- ful member of mixed and boys' chorus. During his junior year he was in a vocal ensemble. He was in F.F.A., pep club, audio- visual, and in the junior class play. LUVERNE GRAMS was a trans- fer student from Walnut Grove High School. While at Westbrook he participated in F.F.A. and was a valuable member of the football team. LEONE HOFSTADTER transfer- red from Currie when she was a junior. That year she was our queen attendent. Leone was ingirls' chorus one yuan GARY HORKEY will be remem- bered for his outstanding ability on the trampoline. He had been an active member of boys' and mixed chorus as well as band. His other activities included F.F.A., and the junior class play.

DENNIS BAKKEN was a trans- fer student from Walnut Grove. He was an F.F.A. mem- ber and sang in both boys' and mixed chorus, and playec basketball. MYRON BARBIE participated in basketball, footba1l,and baseball. He has sung in boys' and mixed chorus, and has been presidentand vice- president of our class. He was a member of the WILDCAT staff, student director of the junior class play, and worked on the newspaper his junior year. DELORES BUDOLFSON was edi- tor of the WILDCAT in her senior year. She was an active member in band,girls' chorus, mixed chorus, and an alto in the girls sextet. She was a queen candidate and an outstanding cheer- leader for four years. Other activities included junior class play, pep club,F.T.A., newspaper, and speech. LEAH BUNTING was an active member flibrary club during her last two years of high school. She took part in G. A.A., girls' chorus, and the junior class play. RICHARD BYERShaspartici- pated in F. F. A. all four years of high school. He also was an active member of mixed chorusandboys'chorus. DIANE COHBS has partici- pated in girls'chorus, news- paper, and pep club. She was also a faithful member of speech club. 12

Besides the vocal groups, mixed chorus, boys' chorus, boys' quartette, and boys' octette, he has done a lot of solo work. ' He has been a member of the band for six years. His other activities included class play pep club class officer, and F.F.A. EUNICE KELLER will long be remembered as the girl who wore the crown and robe the night of homecoming. She took an active part in mixed chorus, girls' chorus, band, and speech. She was pres- ident of the F.T.A., G.A.A., and pep club. NAXINE JUHNKE was a very active and popular member of the senior class. Her musical abiUty'was expressed in mixed chorus, girls' chorus, band, pep band, and a drum ensemble. She was also in the junior class play, a class officer, a queen candidate and a member of the student council. LLOYE JENSEN was in mixed and girls' chorus one year. She also participated in speech club one year. SONJA KLEVEN contributed four years of faithful ser- vice to the mixed chorus, girls' chorus, band, and pep club. She displayed out- standing acting ability in the junior class play and various one act plays. Her laughter and shining per- sonality will long be remem- bered by the students of Westbrook. FREDERIC LINDALL put his Ualln into the sports he participated in. These included basketball, base ball, football, and track. During his senior year he served on the Staff of the JILDCAT.
