The Fine Arts Council is made up of rep- resentatives from the non-athletic groups and is advised by Dean Bibber. The aim of the group is to stimulate an interest in the arts. Two areas of particular concern are music and drama. It is hoped that through this group, all stu- dents will become more aware of cultural activity and programs in the Portland area, as well as on Campus. 93 1
