C. that freshmen meet upon their arrival in September. The Junior Deans are responsible for orienting the freshmen in the Westbrook spirit, making them feel at home, and setting the tone of behavior. Because of the responsibility placed on a Junior Dean, there can be no greater honor than to be tapped a J. D. at the traditional ceremony during May Weekend. Through the able guidance of their otticers, Delanne Abbott, president, Claire Bellegarde, vice-president, Joanne Berest, secretary, and their advisors, Dean Giroux and Dean Bond, the J.
