Being members of the newest house on campus, the mixture of freshmen and seniors has proved very beneficial to all concerned in participating in many of the campus activities. The girls have become almost sisters to one another under the guidance of their house director, Mrs. Blair. Among other things they seem to be avid animal lovers and have found that this has its drawbacks. The girls who were chosen to lead Donnelly were Sandy Ross, president, Shally McCarron,' vice-president, Donna Anderson, treasurer, and Linda Cassey, secre- tary. The girls formed a close and lasting relationship that will not be forgotten. 56 1

Among the things they have worked on aside from the regular campus activities are the Day Hop Dance and tea. They have shown their artistic ability through participation in clubs, student sponsored activities, sports and the many other extracurricular activities of the campus. The Day Hops have elected as their officers: Martha Galbraith, president, Mary Lou St. Peter, vice-president, Robin Shaw, secretary, and Jane Hallowell, treasurer. With the adequate help of the seniors, the freshmen have been able to learn much that will help them to carry on the friendly spirit through their senior year. 55

There are many things that the girls will remember long after they have parted and gone their separate ways. Seniors will remember these girls and their original costumes during orientation. 57
