PRINClPAL'S MESSAGE Sydney J. Harris has said that by the time a child is old enough to attend school, the base for his character has been formed. I believe this is true, because the most difficult job Ihave had as teacher and principal has been that of attempting to improve character. - Our moral and spiritual values are products of our environment. We cannot escape the molding influence of home and community life. Our character is built little by little and day by day. The little things we do from day to day will determine what type of person we become. My advice is to choose your associates with extreme care and do all you can to make your environment as wholseome as possible. Sincerely, Mr. C. C.
