It should enable you to lead a fuller life as well as earn a higher income than you otherwise might have done. With the increasing demand which lies just ahead, the people of West Virginia must make still irore ample provision for higher education. I am confident that the use you irake of your education will be persuasive evidence that a still larger investment in higher education would be amply justified.
