gif 53 L 3.9 ' M The Seniors presented their three-act play MThe Little Ministerw on March 23 and 24 at the Mountainview School. The play was double cast so more students could participate. Mrs. James Lisk directed both casts and a very fine performance was given each night. Mike Paradis, as stage man- ager, gathered props, saw to the lighting, etc., and deserves a lot of credit for keeping things running smoothly. The setting of the play was in the small Scottish town of Thrums in the 1860's. Gavin, the new minister, met many problemsfone of which was the Egyptian gypsy lass. The audience was held in suspense as Gavin fell in love with her and the plot finally overcame the difficulties so they could announce their love to the town. As the first Senior Class play and the second West Valley High School play, 4'The Little Ministerv was presented very well and can uphold the fine standard of dramatic talent of the new West Valley High School. aturday Ni ht Janet Ferguson Doug Clausing Mrs. Dishart ...... .........
