0iiice Girl The nine office girls this year have been busy helping the school and learning office customs at the same time. They have typed letters, cut corridor passes, run off mimeographed notices, dit- toed tests, answered the telephone, filed excuses, and run errands. All of this is involved in the process of learning office routine. Office practice is a class, receiving the full credit that any other class receives. Students who type well, have a good knowledge of English, and are responsible, are eligible to take office practice. Left to right: Kathleen Bishop, Carolyn W'ithers, Donna Kennedy, Alvina Weisshaar, Nancy Hafsos, Ruby Morton, Shirley Barringer, Mary Ann Luepke, Carolyn Sanislo. Librar Girl The librarians this year have really been the busy bees of the school. They had many new books which they made ready for the shelves for the students to enjoy. Notes about the a'uthor and the book were placed inside so that students could Hprevieww the book. The pockets and slips had to be typed and numbers and letters written on them. It was a long and tedious task, but it was completed. The card catalog was done by all librarians. Work isn't the only thing they have done. At Christmastime, a party was held and gifts were exchanged. Several other social functions were also held. Left to right: Arlene Abrams, Donna Kennedy, Betty Jo Davis, Marilyn Stull, Patty Coodykoontz, Ann Horst, Nancy Manning, Kathleen Bishop. Row 2: Phyllis Vance, Sharon Ritchey, Janet Yergen, Mrs. Berges, Doris Hoppis, Shirley Barringer, Millie Sanger, Barbara Gerwig, Shirley Gardner. . X
