President Salli Bierman Tapping for Honor Society was held in March. The ceremony was a bit unusual, for the verses revealing the names of the new members were read over the inter-com and those tapped were taken to the office to repeat the oath of membership. Solemn- ly these honored students promised to up- hold the purposes of the society and to strive to make its ideals the ideals of the school. l'lRST ROW, left lu right Mrs Llsk, advisor, Lester Jones, Janet Ferguson, Nancy Man- ning farol Brownell Vivian Lange, ,Io Anne Parks Karen Griffith, Janet Yergen, Nancy Woodm jo Ann Walker, Marcia Brown, Barbara Gerwig, Eugene Fairchild, Mrs. Dowd, advisor QECOND ROW, left to right Ken Bryant Dave Ekland, Shirley Gardner, Gerald f erhardt Dean Hallauer Fred Houck George Velikanje, Mary jo McDevitt, Mike Paradis. iv if .K-22395125 l?
