The team, a little on the young and inexperienced side of the trail, proved to be hard working and willing to put out all the energies available to make West's Cross Coun- tiy Ski Team as fine as humanly possible. With the past warm winter, skiing was great--that is, when there was snow to be found . The team, although it got off to a late start, will definitely be tops by the end of the season, and the 1977-78 season ought to be fantastic for those individuals who, after a lengthy day at school, attack some 15 miles on those dependable skis .
