wrfx Seated M Griffey Standing M Ward A Brown G Holliday R Holdson Without a doubt in any community the Board of Education is one of the most important organization of all groups To serve on this Board a person must be civic minded and extremely interested in the educational system of their district We feel that Springfield has a fine group to represent the citizens of our community At the head of this group we find Robert Holdson presiding as presldent Mrs Margaret Griffey who served as non member secretary of the Board for about a year became an elected member January 1 1954 George Holliday Ames Brown, and MaY!V111B Ward are the other members of the Board.
