Eestetner After a year's absences from the presses, the Westerner returned to the school under the guidance of Mrs. Zuercher. Four issues were published, one during the first semester and three dur- ing the second. The staff also published a column in the Times- Gazette. This weekly column has gained a wide popularity through its humorous anecdotes, serious editorials, poems, and grade and high school news. The staff consisted of those volunteers who wished to contri- bute original writing. During the second semester, a rotating editor- ship evolved with each week a different class contributing the entire publication.
