We, the class of 1949, of the Union City West Side High School, convinced of the great loss and sadness which will be caused by our departure do hereby give and bestow some of our abilities and articles of untold value to our fac- ulty and underclassmen. PHYLLIS STEWART leaves her startling height to Norma Dillon. BEVERLY ASHLEY leaves her talent for getting second divisions at District Contest to Marian Whitesel. JUNIOR HANNOY leaves the impression of his seat on the bench to Don Gullet. CAROL COBY wills her interest in government class to any future senior. BUD FRAZIER leaves his manly structure and his romantic experiences to Don Ross. 'CASANOVA DYE hands over his skill at winning the girls' hearts to Goethe Chambers. VIRGINIA WHITESEL leaves Rodney DeBolt to the sophomores. Hands off, girls. DON SIPE gives his qualifications for driving a car carefully to Terry Mc- Carters DONNA JEFFERIS wills her power to captivate red heads to Martha Kreider. MARLENE WENGER shares her faithfulness in the Class of 1947 with Marilyn Edwards. JACK HAM ONS leaves his dramatic talent to Phil Rosenbush. JESS NIELSEN bequeaths his Nstraight thinkingn in government class to Hr. Harader. JACK TEEGARDEN regretfully hands over his pale red suspenders to Gary Snyder J. P. HABER wills his cheerleading ability to Jim Davis. DICK LYNCH leaves his skill at marching and playing a trombone at the same time to Peggy Harlow. MARTHA CROUSE bequeaths her interest in home ec. to Phyllis Snyder. DICK KEY leaves his long legs to Dick Wise. SHIRLEY TEAFORD leaves her preference for saxophone players to Kay Binninger. GUNTHER TODTER leaves the first chair clarinet to Shirley Lees. EVELYN WOGERMAN bequeaths her quiet and gentle ways to Christine Brown. MYRA COBY wills her interest in Purdue to Nancee Lephart. LARRY MIDLAM leaves the fire department to Union City. JUDY HEUSS leaves her good manners and stately bearing to Maurice Frazier. MAX BURRIS leaves his success at becoming hen-peeked to Keith Mason.
