SENIOR BALL You are there . . . January 18, 1958 . . . Penn Harris Hotel . . . the swish of lovely formals, the fragrance of corsages, and the handsomeness of the boys were all a part of our never-to-be- forgotten Senior Ball. Maynard McKissick and his Orchestra provided the dreamy music to which we waltzed until midnight. We continued the evening by attending parties until 6 A.M. The morning was celebrated by having break- fast together. A few hours later, everyone had tumbled into bed to dream of the wonderful time that was had by all.

Mama's Getting Married was presented in assembly by members of our Junior Class. Do you remember Joe DiRienzio, Harry McKillips, and Eddie Kapp in those crazy wigs and skirts? . . . and Bev Stephens and Lana Leone as the irresistible Maudie? After many weeks of practice under the capable direction of Miss Bentz, our play turned out to be one of the most successful ever presented at W.S.H.S. We wish to thank our two splendid casts for a swell iob, and our prompters deserve our lasting praise. COME OUT OF THE CLOSET Come Out of the Closet, the Senior Play, was presented on November 21 and 22. The curious audience gathered to find out what actually would come out of the closet, but before we solve that mystery, we hear the clanking of machines over- head, a large sum of counterfeit money is uncov- ered and two of the respectable renters turn out to be not at all what we expect them to be! To top off a most enjoyable and mysterious eve- ning, we were really surprised to see two mem- bers of our local Police squad arrest our criminals. This play was excellently performed, and we wish to express our sincere thanks to all com- mittee anol personnel who helped make our per- formance a success.
