BOYS' BASKETBALL Starting this season with an entirely new first team, Coach Norman Friend had the problem of organizing both effective offensive and defensive units. The team had only a fair season because of this inexperience. Comprising the first team were newcomers John Millarcl, Marlin Grimwoocl, Duane Wood, and veterans Bill O'Brien and Don Beale. Bill Slothower and Gary Reeser were frequent substitutes. Howie McFee played the first half of the season but due to an iniury, was forced to sit along the sidelines during the remaining games.
