CLASS HISTCRY PROMPTER Mr John E Behman our class dean MAIN EVENTS Am1d a group of backward g1rls and bashful boys we held the Sophomore Party our first big soc1al shingdig on Friday Apr1l 18 1952 CONCLUSION We closed the show for three months and the cast raced off to summer Jobs and vacatlons JUNIOR CLASS ACT III THE SCENE The same place of bus1ness but newly Incorporated under the name of West Shore Hlgh School THE TIMF A year later Juniors PLOT To partlclpate IH everythlng w1th the knowledge that our four years were rapidly pass Ing and we had better make the most of the years that were left PRODUCTION LEADS All contracts were renewed with the except1on of one replacement In e role of Secretary notably M1ss Mary Auxer BIT PART Walk on M1ss Inza C Bentz Class Dean IMPORTANT HAPPENINGS The selectlon and finally the arrival of our class rmgs was of slngular Importance Naturally the extension of a grubby paw was In order revealing a golden bulge on every finger Margaret Allen and Robert Haar respect1vely The annual class party was held In the gally decorated gymnaslum on Apr1l 10th t e syncopated rhythm of the Mllton S Hershey School Orchestra People of Show bus1ness sat up and took notlce when some of the finest talent of the Junlor Class was selected to present the dramat1c comedy 83 Skldoo Thls gay and rollicking pro duct1On was a source of amusement and enjoyment to all present There was a second glgtantlc Battle of Gettysburg whlch you Wlll not find recorded IH your history books The Junior Class Trlp w1ll long be remembered for the excellent conduct of the class whlch xx as a direct reversal of a past performace by a prevlous group CONCLUSION The curta1n closes on the th1r'l successful act of our play am1d the loud and appreclatlxe applause of the audience The players ale now ready to cllmb the last rung of the ladder of h1 h school achievements as they have prox ed the1r xersatlhty 34 p - . . . th The Director and Producer of The Trojan Yearbook were chosen by the class, namely: Miss ' ' ' ' , o th .g 1 . CLASS HISTORY SENIOR CLASS ACT IV An enthrallmg cl1max 15 reached by the plvyers as the curtam opens upon the fourth and final act of our product10n THE SCENE-ThE same and the performers are smooth and polIshed TIME Fall of the term 1953 1954 CAST or CHARACTERS The assembled group of star studded performers come on stage for a final encore Two new comers Davld Pretz Class H1StOf1Hn and Suzanne Opperman Asslstant Secretary make theIr debut performance leavlng a favorable Impress1on on the aud1ence STAGE HAND-Dean Stum HEADLINE EXPERIENCES The Senior Class embarked on ltS mayor financ1al enterpr1se-the sellmg of Chrlstmas Cards and statI0nery Very soon Shahlan was taking our class p1ctures the results of whlch were most flattering Cmstead of the usual comic book aspectj Be1ng snowbound dId not prevent the Seniors from haung a gala t1me at their party on November6 1953 Our Senior Class play The Blg Blow up went over w1th a bang which was a trlbute to our skllled dlrector Miss Marjorie G Bahr An unusual Chrlstmas play Pop reads the ChrIst mas Carol won favorable comment by 1tS presentatlon The class tIps ltS Homburg to Mr Williamson the producer January 23 after followmg varled and unplanned courses through the surrounding country side all Sen1ors finally arrlved at Allenberry and danced away the dreamy hours of the Senlor Ball to the mus1c of Will Flshers Orchestra Afterwards William Moore chaperoned the group safely home Flnally after lengthy campaxgnlng the gnl finally won the privmlege to wear white gowns to commencement Most of the boys are stlll hunting the tra1tors to their cause After many weeks of waltlng wlth abated breath the good word was finally given a Senior Class Trip The selected target was New York Clty The blg town w1ll never be the same nor wIll some of the partxclpants Class Day Baccalaureate Servlces and Commencement brought our four memorable years In hlgh school 'ro a seemingly abrupt end CRITICS COMMENT Iw1sh I could end thls composmon In the age old way and say they l1ved happily ever after but slnce that IS IH the future and no one can predlct lt I can only say Good Luck and the best of everythmg to the Class of 54 and to all future classes who will fill our places In West Shore HIgh DAVID PRETZ 35 K ' 3 7 9 7 a I - - I . . .
